A dynamic life journey... 

Ever since high school, Marguerite has been passionate about biology and natural sciences. However, she initially pursued a different life path. She undertook two master’s degrees which provided her with three constructive experiences: in-depth studies in Linguistics and Literary Analysis, an Honor's Distinction in Sociology, and her coursework in Pedagogy and Developmental Psychology.

After several years teaching high school preparatory classes, she decided to return to her true passion and transition toward alternative therapies, while retaining her educational mindset. She studied Naturopathy and Reflexology at the IFSH (Institut Français de Sciences de l'Homme) in Nantes, where she earned her Certificate in Plantar Reflexology. She then committed to three years of study with the FFL SCIENCES INSTITUTE (Canada) to earn her Diploma in Natural Hygiene, acquiring expertise and insight into the nutritional and catabolic processes operating within the human body.

During a five-year chapter of her life in Southeast Asia, she completed a one-year program in Japanese Reflexotherapy and Thai Yoga at the Suai Thaï Centre in Thailand under Masayuki Muranishi, earning her Certificate as a Yoga Teacher and Sen Sib Reflexotherapist.

Finally, a six-month stay at the Kittal Ella Buddhist Temple in the mountains of Sri Lanka—to refine her meditation practice alongside Thero Nandaloka—enabled her to lay the foundation for the personal growth principles she strives to share in her wellness workshops.
